…I remeber being stuck in a relationship where i felt incredibly caged, walking on eggshells and never felt safe, seen and heard. Still i was terrified to leave.
…I felt restricted, almost like i don´t belong here when I was living in Germany, but there was something inside of me that knew there was more. I felt homesick to a place I’ve never been before.
…when I was working as a school teacher, a job I worked so hard for I remember watching the clock, waiting for the bell to ring and just wanting to leave. I convinced myself this job gives me freedom, but instead I felt completely imprisoned, lost and trapped. I knew there was more waiting for me but I didn’t know how to start.
…I remember sitting on my own birthday table with friends not being able to express how I felt and what was really going on inside of me. Pretending everything was fine, faking a smile but feeling numb, empty and just wanting everyone to leave.
In all those situations my soul was talking to me, sending me signs but i kept on ignoring them…
Until I took the leap to my soul´s calling.
I know exactly how you feel, because I've been there for so long...

I look at my life now and I´m able to live it from an aligned place with authenticity and I can just be me.
I close my laptop, pump up my SUP and swim with sharks and manta rays, whenever I need a break and feel the desire to connect to the ocean.
I smoke a joint and eat pasta in the pool while watching the sunset whenever I want to.
I make Coral mobile when my inner child wants to play.
I decided to make pleasure, freedom & magic a priority in my life.
That´s what LIVING FREE means to me, to be and embody all that I am.
Without feeling guilty, actually celebrating it.
2 years ago I forced and pushed myself to a job that didn't feel aligned when all I wanted was staying in bed and not talk to anybody. Now I stay in bed with Nutella Pancakes for breakfast working from my laptop on my lap whenever I get my moon🩸.
I used to wake up to car noise from my one room apartment in the centre of Munich which made me feel stressed.
Now I wake up to the sound of the ocean and live on the island of my dreams.
I didn´t value what I truely wanted because I didn’t know how I could create a life that allows me to be me. I always knew I wanted to live on an island. I've been seeing it in my visions for over a decade.
I didn’t know how it was possible to create this life.
I always tried to adapt and to do what was expected of me.
Until I couldn’t do it anymore.
Until the moment of my breakdown where my body forced me to change my life upside down.
I wish I had listened to my souls whispers earlier. I wish I hadn´t ignored the signs.
Your souls calling is here for a reason. And no matter how much you try to convince yourself, it won’t go away.

I´ve been on my own healing journey for over 13 years and after practicing and studying many different healing arts like tantra, shamanism, Yoga, mediation, Personal Development and Psychology, I've developed my very own coaching tools that are individualized on every single soul with its unique story.
