Berry Bowl (2 portions)
This is a very easy and fast Berry Bowl, perfect for a healthy start in your day. Berries are full of antioxidants (prevent cancer) and give you a lot of energy.
This is what you need
1 banana
100g frozen mixed berries
1 teasppoon Acai powder
50ml almond milk
Toppings:
2 tablespoons of blueberries
1 tablespoon chiaseeds
2 tablespoons of gojiberries
Bananenslices
1 tablespoon coconut flakes
Mix the frozen berries, 2/3 of the banana and the almond milk in a mixer until smooth and pour the mixture into a bowl.
Cut the rest of the banana in thin slices and araange them and the rest of the topping lineary on the berry mix.
The toppings are variable, depending on the season and what you like.
You could also use granola, oatmeal, mango, apple, almonds, walnuts, melon, strawberries, peaches and many many more toppings.
